Affiliate Program Terms

1. Commissions

You earn 50% recurringof the gross amount of each successful, captured payment made by a customer you referred, for as long as that customer's subscription remains active. For one-time purchases, the commission is paid once. Rates may vary by plan and may be changed prospectively; the current rate is always shown in your affiliate dashboard.

2. Attribution

A customer is credited to you if they subscribe within 30 days of clicking your referral link (last-touch attribution, recorded at checkout). A customer can be attributed to only one affiliate.

3. Hold period & clawback

Each commission is pending for 30 days, then clears. If the underlying payment is refunded or disputed, the associated commission is reversed — before payout if still pending, or clawed back from your balance if already cleared or paid.

4. Payouts

Cleared, unpaid commissions are paid once your balance exceeds $50, via Stripe to your connected account. You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding (identity, bank details, tax forms) to receive payouts — Stripe, not AppealIQ, collects and verifies that information and issues any required tax documents.

5. Prohibited promotion

• No spam (email, SMS, comment, or forum spam).
• No paid search or ad bidding on "AppealIQ" or brand/trademark terms.
• No misleading, false, or guaranteed-outcome claims. AppealIQ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice — never imply otherwise.
• No self-referrals, incentivized fake signups, or cookie-stuffing. Commissions pay only on real captured payments.
• No impersonation of AppealIQ or its staff.

6. Fraud & termination

We may withhold or reverse commissions and suspend or terminate any affiliate account for suspected fraud, abuse, abnormal refund rates, or violation of these terms. Self-referral (same account, email, or payment method) is blocked and earns nothing.
