1. What AppealIQ is (and isn't)
AppealIQ generates AI-assisted draft letters and analyses for insurance and billing disputes based on information you provide. AppealIQ is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. Every draft is for your review: verify all facts, citations, and deadlines before sending anything. Outcomes are never guaranteed.
2. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful information, to use letters only for good-faith disputes of decisions and charges you genuinely believe are wrong, and to review every draft before use. You are responsible for meeting your own deadlines.
3. Plans & billing
Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe and include a 7-day free trial with a card on file; cancel anytime via the customer portal, effective at period end. Subscription letters are subject to a fair-use limit of 50 letters per month per category plan. One-time purchases include one complete appeal with 2 regenerations. Abuse of the service (automation, resale, systematic overuse) may result in suspension.
4. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppealIQ's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
